This section is all about Basement Waterproofing School at Basement Technologies In Boston. We are a Basement Technologies dealer and all dealers are required to attend a week long school of instruction on the various methods and materials to use to fix basement leaks. Basement Technologies has many different ways to do things that I would never have thought of by myself in years. They have been in business for 22 years.

One requirement for becoming a Basement Technologies dealer is to attend school and learn lots of new Basement Waterproofing ideas. Before doing this our business was based on a lot of digging around the outside of the house. I am glad to report that we don’t do much digging any more. We don’t have to. Now most of our work is done on the inside. This is much cheaper and cleaner for the customer, much safer for the workmen and faster for us. This is really a win-win situation for all concerned.

Basement Waterproofing school first consists of  2 days of class time where we go over a million details of all the different methods of both installing Basement Waterproofing and the business of Basement Waterproofing. Next we spend a day watching James and his crew doing demonstrations on especially constructed simulated basement forms where we could see first hand what to do under all usual and custom situations. Finally the last day was spent out in the field watching and actually helping the crews on various jobs getting some real experience. Plus after the school James is available by phone if we get an unusual job going at home and  need a bit of coaching or mentoring.
